Kentucky fried dynamite: $8
A traditional dynamite rollyellowfin, cucumber, avocado, and spicy mayowrapped in fried chicken skin instead of seaweed.

Cheesy Loaf: $6
Cream cheese, jalapenos, green chiles, and broiled shrimp, rolled in onion soup mix and chilled. Served with club crackers.

Crawfish Explosion: $9 (Only if in season)


Crawfish stuffed inside a jalapeno with cream cheese, wrapped in a slice of bacon and broiled to perfection.

Lumberjack Bruschetta: $12


A thick slice of Italian toast topped with moose sausage, tomatoes and a mozzarellamaple sauce.

Gator Pot-of-Luck Bites: $12


Golden fried, seasoned Alligator bites served in a freshly homemade sourdough bread bowl.

Entrees

Masala-ladas: $17
Marinated and roasted chicken (tikka), wrapped in a corn tortilla and topped with a spicy sauce (masala) and cheese. Served with an avocado curry salad and chapati with mango salsa.

Carnitas Pizza: $14


Thin crust pizza topped with a thick chili verde and refried bean sauce, pepper-jack cheese, and carnitas. With your choice of added toppings: avocado, pico de gallo, and roasted garlic.

Shawarmitzel: $15
Strips of breaded veal and hummus wrapped in flatbread. Served with french fries and baba ghanoush.

Cajun CRAZ Fettuccini: $22


Whole-grain angel hair noodles in a crawfish and crab red-pepper cream sauce with colby jack cheese, specially blended with cajun spices, sauted onions, bell peppers, green onions, and mushrooms. Served with side salad and roll.
