EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report covers the activities carried out by TNB REMACO Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. (TNBRP-AJK Branch) during mobilization period for February 2012. From a total 52 complements, 8 personnel have been mobilized to site. This includes 4 expatriates, 2 Clerks (1 for Finance and 1 for Administration), 2 drivers. The support staff consists of 9 personnel. Currently, there are a total of 44 vacancies. Seven(7) vacancies is planned to be filled up in March, 8 vacancies to be filled in March and the balance will as per plan agreed with Laraib. The 40% of mobilization Fee claim is in progress and the invoice has been sent to LARAIB and awaiting payment from Laraib.

1.0 Human Resource Management

TNBRP management team consists of 4 REMACO staffs whom are seconded to TNBRP as in the structure below:

In operating and maintaining 84 MW Hydro Power Plant, the working Organizational Structure is as shown in Appendix-1. List of all staffs who are already at site is as shown in Appendix-2

Other matters

TNBRP(AJK Branch) received 4 laptops, 1 Toyota Double cabin and 1 Toyota Corolla from Laraib. TNBRP had requested a Hiace van from Laraib. Our temporary office( A bungalow 1.5 KM from site) to be operationalized in March 2012 once it is handed over by Laraib. The Resident Hotel(9 KM from site) which is meant to accommodate the O & M staff for about 1~1.5 yr will be utilized in March 2012 once it is equipped with necessary furnitures.
