About Us:
SIMBAs Parent company is M/s IMI VEngineering Pvt Ltd which was formed in January 2012 to undertake, Consultancy, Engineering, sourcing services in Power and Palm Oil sector. With an aim to provide cost effective and Innovative solutions where ever possible in the Power sector. A group of Engineering Graduates individually after having more than 20 years of vast practical experience working from an Engineer level to a Top Management post in an organisation in the various fields of Power Industry with a aim to effectively apply its experience and share knowledge it has gained in the Industry and with a Zeal to contribute in the Power , Oil Industry , so as to produce consistently optimum results satisfying the needs of its customer, hence IMI was formed in January 2012. The promoters have varied experience in utility, industrial, chemical and oil and gas industry and have handled projects from concept to commissioning. The promoters have experience of working in India and abroad and have gained experience of executing international projects. Within a short period of few months of formation, IMI entered into Consulting agreement with M/s Bio Energy Solutions for 2.5 MW Rice Husk Based Power Plant of 2.5 MW in Nintavur, Ampara District in Srilanka and PT EMAS MAJU AGRO SAWIT, Indonesia . Here IMI is responsible for complete Engineering and Sourcing of equipments from India.

IMI realized that there was no proper team available for execution and operation of Power Plant and also for trouble shooting and operation of various Power Plants. With the above situation IMI thought to offer a complete package to client ie from Concept till Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance. Hence M/s SIMBA Power & Infra Pvt ltd was formed in January 2013, whose main expertise are in the fields of Fabrication, Erection, Commissioning and Trouble shooting of Power Plants upto 100 Mw. IMI and SIMBA POWER can offer complete solutions for EPC Projects. SIMBA, is one of the pioneered organization in the field of Process Sector, Power Sector, Infrastructure Sector. The company is committed to provide reliable, sustainable, and Quality solution on Undertaking Power Projects, Fabrication and Erection work, Specialised in Boiler Erection, Supply of Equipments and BOP (Balance of Power Plants), Construction, Commissioning, and Operation & Maintenance, and Industrial Shed Construction. The SIMBA have experienced Management Team and efficient manpower have the unique distinction to perform in any type of sophisticated and challenging project activities matching with International standard. Our management personnel have twenty years experience in domestic and International in handling the turnkey EPC Projects, entire fabrication and Erection work. Equipment manufacturing and expertise in all types of steel structures. R.G.Sampath. Director
Mechanical Engineer with 20 Years experience Power sector. He has sound knowledge in Engineering, Sourcing & Procurement vast experience in Energy sector. Apart from India he has International exposure and handled total EPC Project exposure. Previously he was working with M/s Cethar Vessels Ltd Trichy and has been one of the key persons next to the management team.

Jaganathan C Director
MBA Finance, Having 19 years management experience and industrial experience in various multinational company Like Owens Corning, Novartis, TLG Group, Max India, DSM Group, British Gas, Natelco, Dehu Group. He has versatile experience in Leading and managing the organization, financial management, administration management, fund management. He has sound domestic and

international knowledge of all sectors including Energy, Engineering sector. Experienced in managing Site service activities, Engineering Company. Expertise in various Manufacturing & Engineering and Energy sector.

Selvaraju. M Director
BSC , LLB with 34 Years versatile experience in Engineering sector working with Steel Authority of India Limited. He retired from the service as Procurement Head and has handled various parts of Management Portfolio. He has sound knowledge in Engineering and Energy Sector. He has depth knowledge about the steel Industry expertise in Design, Drawing, Engieering, Procurement, Administration, Management, Supply Chain Management.

Pethanasamy.P - Director
Mechanical Engineer with seven years experience in Project Management and quality control in the domain of Power Plant construction companies & Process industries on managing the site and worked as Plant Manager in various companies. He has excellent management skills in execution of any projects in site as well as in Unit manufacturing. He has versatile skills in understanding any Drawings, manpower management and planning and execution. He has sound manufacturing skills in manufacturing equipment manufacturing.

Mr. Jeyaveerarajan Mechanical Engineer with 26 Years experience in Managing the Total Boiler Erection and Commissioning, Handled bigger size EPC Projects. He worked with ISGEC John Thompson company for the last 23 Years at various site. Mr. Karthik Raja Mechanical Engineer having 14 years site management experience in handling the total power plant and Erection and Fabrication Experience. Mr. Rajesh Kumar Mechanical Engineer with 7 Years experience in site management. He has Level 2 certification on NDA testing. He has wide experience in quality management and project management in various companies. Mr. Karthikeyan Mechanical Engineer with 5 Years experience in Design and Engineering of all type of Boilers.
