Most prone area and time usually road accidents occur

Abstract: The study made was used of the different road accidents happened in Naga City to know the exact location where most cases occur. It was observed that Maharlika High way and Peafrancia Avenue is the common place where accidents happened and most of it happened during the time interval of 1:00 pm-12:00 am. Also with the use of tables for comparison, this paper would provide a strong framework to the understanding of the proceedings done. Keyword: Road Accidents

Introduction
Nowadays there are so many accidents that are happening in many part of Naga City. One of the most rampant cases that cannot be avoided was the road accidents. This accident happen for so many reasons such as drunk driver, over speeding, absence of road signs and street lights, zigzag road and also sleeper road due to rain. Road Accidents are unfortunately extremely common and the injuries suffered by those involved can vary greatly from minor whiplash to fatal injuries. Road Accident occurs when a vehicle collides with another vehicle, pedestrian, animal, road debris, or other stationary obstruction, such as a tree or utility pole. It may result in injury, death, vehicle damage and property damage. A number of factors contribute to the risk of collision including vehicle design, speed of operation, road design, road environment, and driver skill and/or impairment and driver behaviour. Worldwide, road accidents lead to death and disability as well as financial costs to both society and the individuals involved.

Methods Planning
First, the researchers conducted the planning stage. The researchers identify the possible places and offices where the data needed can be gathered. The City Hall of Naga and the main head quarter of Naga City Police Station that can be found at the Barlin Street in Naga City is the place where the necessary data gathered.

Gathering Data
In gathering Data, the researchers went to the Naga City Hall to inquire about the places where to get the data needed. From the Naga City Hall, the researchers found out that Naga City Police Station is the place that the needed data can be gathered. The researchers scan the records one-by-one since it is not yet

categorized according to its kind. The researchers take note of all the Road Accidents happened in Naga City. The researchers made use of the Road Accidents happened during the month of October since it is the only data that is available and complete.

2.3 Analyzing the Data

The researchers categorized all of the data gathered according to the locations where it happened and the time it occur

2.4 Comparing the Data

After categorizing, the researchers compare the frequency of the Road Accidents according to the place of happening.

Results and Discussion

Gathering data is hard. The researchers carefully scan the blotter of the Naga City Police Station to get the necessary data The researchers summarized the data gathered according to the place it happened together with the date that the incidences occur. In this paper the researchers compare the number of Road Accidents according to the place it happened and the time it occur. Table 2. It was observed that most of the cases happened along Maharlika High Way and Peafrancia Avenue, Naga City. The researchers found out that most of the Road Accidents happened during the time interval of 1:00 pm to 12:00 am.

4. Conclusion
In analyzing the data. . The researchers found out that most of the Road Accidents happened during the time interval of 1:00 pm to 12:00 am. Therefore the researchers conclude that that most of the road accidents in Naga happened in High ways this may due to some factors such as most of the vehicle in Highways are over speeding.
