Producer ImageStar Productions (Los Angeles, CA) January 2002 - Present Owner of a company that sells, produces, directs, shoots and edits high end 35mm HD videos for corporate, commercial, retail and non profit clients. Current clients range from theatres to leadership consultants to fitness centers. Videos are used for everything from web marketing content to television commercials to company presentations. Engineer Touring Video (Los Angeles, CA) January 2011 February 2012 Setup and maintain all cameras and other live TV technology on two mobile production control room trucks for live network game shows, internationally broadcast concerts, award shows, corporate events and press releases. Create tech plans for shows working closely with the production team to generate paperwork for the crew. Manage a team of up to 20 utilities to execute the plan. Associate Producer Bloomberg Television (New York, NY) August 2010 - Present Work closely with the producer to oversee technical setup of Intelligence Squared debate series. Produce graphic and video segments to come back into the show from commercial breaks. Develop questions and film interviews with audience members. Supervise editors. Give technical notes after each debate. Director of Photography Spiderman: Turn off the Dark - The Broadway Musical (New York, NY) October 2010 - Present Film rehearsals and behind the scenes setup using RED, Canon DSLR and Panasonic P2 cameras for use in a feature length documentary, television commercials and web videos to promote the musical. Film screen content to be shown on scenic elements on stage during the show. Color correct and transcode footage for use by editors. Engineer / Utility Metrovision Production Group (New York, NY) October 2010 - Present Set up live television production equipment for use with HD broadcast trucks and flypacks for live performance events, interviews, and corporate meetings. Build cameras, set up lighting, engineer and route sources in the truck. Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor on-site repairs. Key Production Assistant Shooters Post & Transfer - Dinner Impossible (Philadelphia, PA) May 2009 - September 2010 Assisted 3 production teams on 13 episodes of the Food Networks Dinner Impossible. Worked in preproduction, production and postproduction for every episode. Managed postproduction schedules and organized all deliverables. Studio Technician Vin Di Bona Television Studios (Boston, MA) September 2007 - December 2009 Maintained two state of the art television studios. Assisted clients with technical and production support on hundreds of shoots. Ensured client satisfaction by serving as an ambassador between the facility and visiting crews. Assistant Engineer / Rental Associate Video Corporation of America (New Brunswick, NJ) May 2007 September 2007 Worked closely with engineers to prepare equipment for large video system installations. Assisted with on site builds of large editing, video conferencing and live broadcast systems. I specialize in multi camera live event production as well on-location, documentary style production. I frequently work as a freelance director, assistant director, associate producer, camera operator and engineer amongst other things.
