a) The B-Register generated in this system can be made statutory so that the

Commercial Tax and Income Tax Departments can be asked to assess based on the generation of this system generated B-Register, thereby avoiding the chances of maintaining two different registers one for Civil Supplies Department and another for Tax levying Department. b) This initiative can be spread over the entire state so that MSP operations can be monitored at a single point and the activities of 30,000 odd mills in the State can be

monitored centrally with much benefits to the stake holders millers and FCI with these available information.
c) The B-Register generated in this system can be made statutory so that the

Commercial Tax and Income Tax Departments can be asked to assess based on the generation of this system generated B-Register, thereby avoiding the chances of maintaining two different registers one for Civil Supplies Department and another for Tax levying Department.

The contact numbers and addresses of the farmers covered in MSP operations as available in the database can be randomly verified by teams from other districts / Mandals or by NGOs, so that the defaulting millers can be identified and prosecuted.
