OBJECTIVE(S): At the end of the lesson, students should be able to: 1) Identify and utilize the office button. 2) Identify and utilize the groups included in the Home Tab. 3) Identify and utilize the groups included in the Insert Tab.

TEACHING AIDS: 1) Personal Computer. 2) Microsoft Word 2007.

PRIOR KNOWLEDGE: Students have being introduced about Microsoft Office Word 2007 since at beginning of primary school.

DELIVERY:

Content Induction set. Microsoft Office 2007 contain of : Excel Powerpoint Excees Word Publisher Frontpage Outlook

Knowledge/understan ding/skill a) Student should be able to state various type of Microsoft Office 2007. b) Can state what type of Microsoft Office 2007 used to make letter.

Teacher/Student Activities a) Teacher show what type of Microsoft Office 2007 by using powerpoint slide. b) Student give their prior knowledge about type of Microsoft Office 2007. c) Students are asked to state what what type of Microsoft Office 2007 used to make letter. d) Teacher explain briefly about type of what type of Microsoft Office 2007. . a) Teacher explain the function of all the selection in the home button by using LCD projector. b) Teacher ask the student to do: Create new word file containing of their name & school. Save as Word 2007 file. Rename the file as Task 1. c) Facilitator guides the students task.

a) Student should be able to know five group in home tab. b) Student should be able to use all five home tab in their activities.

a) Teacher shown home tab a)30minute group using LCD projector. b) Teacher show an example how to use the home tab by using Microsoft Word 2007 itself. c) Student must do this following activities: Create new word file Copy the title and paste it at the end of document Change the font styles
