RANCANGAN PENGAJARAN HARIAN : MODEL MASTERI (HARI 1)

(Listening and speaking)

Objektif : By the end of the lesson, students will be able to : i) ii) iii) Listen to and respond to the story read by the teacher. Talk about the story heard. Number the sentences in the correct order.

Pengetahuan Sedia Ada : Students knew about the animals mentioned in this story- sheep, goat, horse and rabbit. KBKK : Giving opinions, gathering information, sequencing. Konsep : Listen to and respond to the story read by the teacher. Bahan : Flash cards, word cards, printed big book, parts of the story. Nilai : Cooperation, loves for animals. Kemahiran : 1.1.1 Able to listen and respond to stimulus given with guidance 1.1.4 Able to talk about a stimulus with guidance 2.2.3 Able to read and understand simple sentences in linear and non-linear texts 3.2.2 Able to write simple sentences with guidance

They dont know how to give their own opinion without guidance from the teacher. For the closure, teacher used a quiz to test their understanding. Penutup (10 minutes)

i)Teacher asks students to role play their sock puppets based on the characters mentioned in the story. ii)Teacher gives the dialogues to the students.

Refleksi : The teacher shows the powerpoint presentation on the set induction to give them knowledge about environment and how to save the environment. In stage1, teacher reads the same story learnt on the first day of this unit to make sure they remember the characters in the story. In stage 2, teacher teach on how to make a sock puppet. Teacher shows them step by step to make them understand the steps. In stage 3, teacher guides the students to make their own puppets. Teacher needs to guide the students in this stage because this is a weak class. Some of them dont know how to make their own puppets without guidance from the teacher. For the closure, teacher asks the students to role play the story using their sock puppets. The students will be very happy to use their own puppets.
