b description includes but is not limited to: Research (desk top and field work) Stakeholder engagement (local partners, landowners, guides, service providers, communities, etc.) Trail design & development Field guiding and environmental education Customer care (during trail development process exploratory trails) Environmental policy & legislation (application), assessment, monitoring and restoration Sustainable development (e.g. responsible trail products) Community development (e.g. environmental clubs) Environmental communication (e.g. Input for Blog, Facebook, Twitter, Website, Articles)

Technical skills include but are not limited to: Computer (Microsoft Office), internet research, mapping, facilitation, communication (reading, writing, verbal), people (lead, manage, motivate), field guide, environmental education, project management, financial/budget management & administration, business (triple bottom line) and social work/development (in relation to the environment). Other key skills include: planning, monitoring & reporting (at various levels), implementation & decision-making and performance management (individual & team).

Trail Booking Administrator (x1) Job description includes but is not limited to: Research / Investigation (desk top and field, linked to market and service provision) Stakeholder engagement (trail service providers, landowners, trail clients) Marketing & Sales Reception (Dealing with enquiries from fellows and trail clients) Developing trail itineraries, costing & pricing trails Managing the booking process (Client Booking Forms, Terms & Conditions Form & Payment; Service provider bookings & payment; Landowner arrangements; Trail budget management; Record keeping) Setting up and maintaining a booking schedule for all trails Customer care (during enquiry and booking process, post trail feedback forms and liaison)

Technical skills include but are not limited to:

Computer (Microsoft Office), internet research, communication (reading, writing, verbal), people (lead, manage, motivate), reception, customer care, marketing & sales, project management, financial/budget management & administration, business (triple bottom line). Communications Officer (x1) Job description includes but is not limited to: Research / Investigation (desk top, linked to fellowship/market, local partners and stakeholders) Stakeholder engagement (e.g. fellows) Marketing (e.g. developing and building the brand, assessing competition & positioning GA, people identifying the target market, products & price understanding what suits the target market, place product delivery) Setting up and managing online, branded communication (e.g. website, blog, twitter, facebook, flickr) and payment (e.g. paypal, Give & Gain) platforms Producing branded communication materials (website and social media content, newsletters, articles, etc.) Distributing the materials through channels that reach the target market (e.g. TV, Radio, Internet, Print, Electronic & Social Media, etc.) Sales (lead generation) promoting Gondwana Alive to interested potential Fellows (e.g. nature & culture enthusiasts, walkers potential trail clients, community stewards trail & community restoration, etc.) Sales (lead conversion) convincing interested parties (individual and group) to join the Fellowship Executing the Fellowship joining process and maintaining the Fellowship database Monitoring and reporting on statistics indicative of interest (e.g. website & social media stats, # trail enquiries & bookings, # fellows, etc.), developing and adapting the marketing & sales plan accordingly.
