Marketing Inspiration at Lincolnshire Marketing Expo

Business owners and managers can pick up business-changing ideas and inspiration at the regions premiere marketing event that is running at the Epic Centre, Lincolnshire Showground on Tuesday, October 15th, 2013.

A day-long programme of renowned keynote speakers who are specialists in different areas of marketing will be speaking at the event. They will be sharing their experiences and offering insight into how visiting delegates can do things differently to benefit their business.

Organiser, Paul Adams of Admar Support Services Limited told us, We have included something for everyone. Some of our speakers have made incredible personal journeys, learning from experience and occasionally failure to emerge with inspirational stories and insights that are relevant for anyone in business. Others have taken a pioneering approach to marketing in a corporate environment or have specialist technical knowledge and expertise.

Among this years keynote speakers is Chartered Marketer and best-selling author, Dee Blick, who will be speaking about
planning and delivering successful campaigns for small businesses on a

shoestring budget, a subject covered in her book The Ultimate

Small Business Marketing Book which was highest reader-review rated and best-selling marketing book on Amazon UK.

Other speakers booked include Rob Brown, a world-leading authority and popular speaker on networking and business relationships, who will be giving tips and advice on How to network for more sales and opportunities on LinkedIn.

Caroline Roberts, Director of Public Affairs at the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) will provide a practical guide to the latest changes on the EU Data Protection law and what impact this will have on organisations where information about customers and people is the lifeblood of their business.

Tracy Millar, UK Insights Manager at Mars will talk about getting inside the mind-set of your competitors and how understanding the broader market

can help you market, communicate and reach your customers more effectively.

In addition to the keynote speaker schedule a series of drop-in talks and

seminars will take place throughout the day. The Marketing Mix area includes topics covering online and offline marketing from websites to data, from research to customer retention. The Business Support Area offers sessions on networking and communication skills using Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) techniques and how to win new business.

The University of Lincoln Business School will also give a talk about the benefits of recruiting an intern to work on your marketing

Access to the keynote speaker and seminar sessions is by ticket only, priced at 25* for a half-day and 40* for a full day ticket.
