the degree certificate. You are requested to register yourself between 10.00 am to 11.00 am on the graduation day. You are requested to confirm your participation in the graduation day by sending the enclosed registration form duly filled in, to the respective coordinator to enable us to plan for the smooth conduct of the function. Robe can be collected at the Seminar hall II. You have to pay Rs 300/- at the time of registration of which Rs 200/- will be refunded on the return of the robe. Arrangements have been made for taking photographs. Kindly follow the instructions given below without any deviation. 1. Please be seated in the seat allotted to you in the venue before 11.30 am 2. Please standup when the academic procession enters the venue and remain standing till the members of the procession take the seats 3. Graduates are requested to take the pledge audibly 4. After receiving the degree kindly resume your seat without any discussion with the fellow graduates 5. Please keep silence throughout the ceremony 6. Please switch off your mobile phones while you are inside the venue 7. Please do not bring children with you 8. Personal photography/video inside the venue is strictly prohibited 9. When the graduation ceremony is over ,please remain standing in your place till the academic procession leave the venue 10.
