Primary purpose of the role

To manage the commercial relationship with existing large and multi-site blue chip clients. Proactively contacting clients to maintain a consistent high level of service delivery, whilst identifying further new business opportunities. Meeting with clients face to face or via webinar technologies to provide educate and promote the business through presentations, waste audits finding and other account analysis. Maintaining the revenue and gross profit of each account ensuring they remain profitable in line with annual targets, exhausting all additional revenue streams opportunities. Providing unique environmental reporting with the assistant the Key Account Support Administrator. Project managing the implementation of any news services with the assistance of the Roll- out Coordinator. Working with the Head of Operation and Operations Team to ensure that service requirements are understood and implemented in line with client expectations.

Key Accountabilities
(What are the main responsibilities of the role, against which performance is measured)

1. Monitoring the day to day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio. 2. Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities. 3. Identifying new waste stream solutions to offer clients to extend our existing services. 4. Progressive manage an opportunity pipeline, closing all possible opportunities to achieve a Gross Profit result in line with quarterly targets. 5. Ensuring all clients understand the services on offer from the green house and other group companies. 6. Upkeep of electronic records using cloud based technologies. 7. Project management of the roll-out of all new contracts and services.

8. With the assistance of the Key Account Support Administrator provide industry leading environmental reports to clients via email or the online customer portal. 9. Provide detailed information and reports to the directors of the company as and when required. 10. Carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and as and when required basis. 11. Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service and suppliers provide consistent services. 12. Managing a range of customer projects at any one time. 13. Advising on changes and trends in the marketplace and the activities of competitors. 14. Assisting the Marketing Executive with content of company literature and out-going correspondence. 15. To undertake tasks and projects as agreed that are within jobholders experience, skills and capabilities.

Qualifications
It is essential that the jobholder is either in possession of a current driving licence. A qualification in Mathematics & English to O Level or GCSE.
