41 Yrs Consisting Of (A) Passing the statutory 2nd class and 1st class Managers Examinations of Competency (consisting of five papers each) and enforcing safe practices in coal mines while working on coal production as Assistant Manager, colliery manager and later as General Manager for a total period of 13 years. (B) Planning of Mines and Environment 15 years. As team leader ( in the post of Supt. Mines to Addl. Chief Mining Engineer/GM in preparation of pre feasibility.
