BongoSoft is a new design for schools from Grade R to Grade 12. It is created guided by the NATIONAL POLICY ON ASSESSMENT. It includes:@ Class lists @ Record Sheets for all Learning Areas @ Quarterly Schedules @ Progression Schedule @ Learner Report Cards @ Statistics per learning Area @ Statistics per grade @ General statistics How BongoSoft operates: You complete the Class List and you have automatically completed filling in the Record sheets for all Learning Areas, all the Schedules including the Promotional schedule and all the Learner Report Cards. When you enter marks into the mark sheets (record sheets), you have successfully compiled all the Schedules , all the Learner` Report Cards & Statistics. Yes, it is that simple!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Print your nice work and append signatures. NB: No computer skill is required by any operator of BongoSoft. Easy to follow BongoSoft manual

Step one : Class list Complete all the information required in the class list. Follow the examples given when filling in the dates of birth. For days absent, this should be completed towards the end of the term. For school closes on.. and re-opens on.. This should be completed at the beginning of every term and as indicated by an example given. NB!! Make sure that the order of the names is alphabetically correct before you start entering marks into the record sheets. NB!! Do not change the alphabetical order of learners after you have started entering marks in the record sheets. Step 2 : Record sheets You may print the record sheets for individual educator to file. Enter marks in the appropriate space in the record sheet. NB!! Marks should first be converted into a percentage before making entries. NB!! The designer has locked spaces that are not applicable for making entries. Step 3: Schedules , Reports & Statistics You only print the nice work and append signatures and comments.
