In this project, descriptive and cross-sectional research design has been used because it describe the phenomena under study and commendations findings a specific under this study. Cross-sectional studies are carried out once and selected, as the research will be carried out in a particular time limit only The Six Ws WHO- who should be considered a potential respondent? Research Measurement Tool: The most popular research instrument for data collection-questionnaire has been data used. D. Type of Questions: In the questionnaire, both close-ended question and open-ended questions were included. The close-ended questions further included multi-choice question as well as rating scale questions. E. Pre-testing of questionnaire: It necessary to check the questionnaire, before actual research is done. Therefore pilot testing is done. In this case pilot testing was done for ten respondents, and based on the feedback, the questionnaire was fine-tuned.
F. Sampling plan: Sampling design and sampling method: In this study, non-probability sampling design has been used and the sampling method employed is convenience sampling because of time and money constrains. 1. Define the target population -Element potential customer of Dhiraj sons. -Sampling unit Bardoli City. Time: from 1st December 2010 31st January 2011. 2. Select sampling techniques: Non-probability convenience .This has been done instead of random sampling method (probability sampling) because of time and money constraints. 3. Execution of sampling process: We have collected data from people who visited the Bardoli Dhiraj Sons though filling up of questionnaire.
