Tenders will only be considered from internationally reputed firms or consortium who are actually engaged and experienced in the lines of work described herein. The tenderer himself and/or lead partner of JVCA having minimum 51% stake shall have experience in complete design, manufacturing, supply, erection, installation, testing and commissioning of Power Stations/Plants as mentioned in Clause 5 of Instructions to Tenderers. Tk. 10,000.00 (Tk. Ten thousand) only payable in the form of Pay order / Demand draft in favour of the Director, Purchase, BPDB, Dhaka for each set of tender document. US$ 1,000,000 for 200 MW, US$ 300,000 for 100 MW, US$ 240,000 for 70 MW and US$ 150,000 for 50 MW project, in the form of an irrevocable and unconditional bank guarantee issued by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh or by a Foreign Bank duly endorsed by a scheduled Bank in Bangladesh payable in favour of the Secretary, BPDB. 180 (One hundred eighty) days and 208 (Two hundred and eight) days respectively from the date of opening of tender. 1

Complete engineering, design, manufacturing, inspection, testing, supply, delivery to the site, site preparation, shifting of existing establishments or infrastructure (if required), related civil and building works, installation, erection, testing & commissioning of HFO fired Engine Generating Sets Power Plant Project [capacity of each identical unit is not less than 5 MW] and dual-fuel gas turbine Power Plant Project [2to 4 identical units], having net output as mentioned in each tender document at Site conditions of 35C, 1.013 bar, 98% R.H., including necessary auxiliaries and ancillaries on Turnkey basis as stated in the scope of work of the Tender document. The Tenderer shall also provide 2 (two) years warranty period for the entire work as well as Long Term Service under a Long Term Service Agreement (LTSA) for the next 4 years. Md.
