Salary Distraction The salary is decided on the basis of performance and qualification of the staff. The salary is started from Rs. 4000 to Rs.5000 and paid each and every employee as per government rules.

WORKING CAPITAL MANAGEMENT


Working capital is the name given to the short term area of the balance sheet working capital includes for a balance sheet items. STOCK: stock of raw material, partly completed production and finished goods waiting on sales. Debtors: Amounts owed to the company mainly from customers in respect of sale made on credit. Creditors: Amounts owed to the company mainly to suppliers of raw materials, services, electricity, water, telephone, rent etc. but also possibly unpaid tax demands, unpaid dividends and other items. CASH: bank balance, cash holding and short term investments. Working capital includes current assets and current liabilities areas of balance sheet working capital can be called by its alternative name net current assets.

Majority of the employees are in their age group of 35-50 years. 35% of the employees have technical skills and computer knowledge followed by 41% of the employees who are graduates.
