Professional Experience Project : 1 Customer Relationship Analysis Duration: Feb 2012 Sep 2012 Client: NDS Surgical Imaging (NDSsi) Role: Informatica Developer Description:NDS Surgical Imaging (NDSsi) is one of the global leaders in medical imaging & informatics. They manufacture multiple types of surgical and diagnostic displays and other Operating Room (OR) devices. The company has global presence and has marketing teams in various parts of the world. This project helped NDSsi to serve and retain existing customers, find new customers, project future requirements and to plan manufacturing and logistics accordingly. This project was initiated to equip the Management, Marketing and Sales teams at various locations to have a better analysis of the past data and could in some way predict the future growth of the company and act up on it. Obviously the data has to come from multiple branches and also Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) who were selling products from NDSsi. Hence it was in different formats like flat files, Excel files, MS Access data and database links. All this was staged into the database and then were applied different transformations to get the best analyzed intelligent output possible for the company to use.

Responsibilities: Understanding existing business model & customer requirements. Involved in design and development of Informatica mappings for Business. The objective of this project is to leverage the data warehousing techniques to formulize a better procurement, production, logistics, storage and sales strategy and to identify and develop the product lines of Nilgiris supermarket. The data was collected from various databases such as MS SQL Server, MS Access and all the Point of Sales (POS) systems from various branches.
