The machine has fabricated M.S. table. Cantilever type double beam is placed on it on which cross holding two Separate cutter Housing Slides Transverse motion by a Hydraulic Cylinder. Distance between diamond wheel can be varied. Both cutter cut the tiles. Parallel to each other and right angle to the table. The speed of cutting stroke & return stroke can be set by a hydraulic flow control valve. Similarly Length of stroke can be adjusted by Limit Switches. The Both end of table is Provided with Several idler rollers on which tile strips are feed manually for cuttings. Stopper setting can also set the length of tiles. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION: 1. TERM & CONDITIONS

1. PRICES: The prices are quoted Ex. Works Udaipur and based on current prices of raw materials. Wages, Electricity, Electrical & other input, Prices shall Escalated automatically in Ratio of any Increase in the prices of above inputs. LOADING PACKING & FORWARDING: {A.} Loading charges 0.25% shall be charged extra, unless otherwise agreed. {B.} Packing & forwarding Charges @ will be Extra. FRIGHT & INSURANCE: The good will be booked to Customers destination & G. R. will be fright to pay. All consignment will be insured at your cost unless otherwise agreed. We will not be responsible for any loss, pilferage or damage to the goods after they are dispatched from our Premises and delivered to the carrier. VALIDITY OF OFFER: The offer is valid for your acceptance for a period of ONE Month only. DELIVERY: The delivery of goods will be affected within a period ONE MONTH from the date of receipt of your firm order along with 50 % advance amount of total value of order. However delivery shall be subject to force Majeure Clause and Company shall not be I able for damage/Losses of any other compensation amount of delay delivery of the machine due to reason beyond our control. In case of door delivery of machine in indemnity bond shall be executed in advance. IRRECTION: Installation & Commissioning Charges will be quoted on request. PAYMENT: 50% Advance along with order and balance payment at the Time of Delivery.

SPECIFICATION: The specification in machines can be changed without notice. WARRANTY: All the goods dispatched are warranted for one year from the date of dispatch Against any manufacturing defect on the machine only. No warranty shall be for electrical & Bought out items. However you shall enjoy the warranty issued by the original equipment Supplier. 10. FORCE MAJEURS CLAUSE: No claim penalty etc. shall be entertained on account of part of Delayed execution or purchase order of any reason whatsoever. We will not be responsible for Delayed occurred due to fire, riots, accident floods, earthquake or other natural climates to our works or at our work or at our suppliers works no claim would be entertained for the delay in supply if we are prevented to carry out our production by strike of workers riots, govt. restrict Ohms statuary legislations etc. 11. SALE TAX declaration form shall be submitted before the dispatch of machine otherwise full Tax will be charged. 12. Foundation, auxiliary, equipment electrical & tools etc. the customer was to arrange these at His cost as detailed below: {A.} The foundation of machine per out foundation drawing supplied. {B.} Connection of electricity, 415V, 3 Phase 50 Hz up to the machine with correct size of cable As per load requirement. {C.} Water pump and its pipe line also be arrange by customer unless otherwise agreed. {D.} Air compressor of desired specification unless agreed. {E.} Diamond wheel cutter/sewer other cutting tools abrasive bits for polishing/ grinding/ Chamfering/ calibrating bits etc. 13. ALL above terms & condition are subject to Udaipur jurisdiction only.
