Findings and Recommendations: Nestle do not provides incentives to its employees and do not provide opportunities to flourish. Nestl is unable to control quality of the products due poor quality supplies. Nestle is Weak in implementation of CSR. In local distribution channel nestle is unable to connect machines with computers. In local areas there are long distribution channel due to which cost increases and low efficiency problems are created. From our studies we conclude that Nestle have success in its strategies: quality products, quality distribution channel, mergers and acquisitions enabled Nestle to increase market share. Product differentiation strategy has been very successful. Nestle can use other alternative strategies to increase more market share.
