Rounding Third

Many of my loyal Crock followers have been asking for the next edition. It has taken me all week to complete this one due to a vacation that I have had with the boys. I extend my sincere apologies for keeping my supporters in suspense. For those of you that read these in an effort to gain knowledge of my next steps and or to combat those moves, I am hoping that you too will find this edition interesting. Vince Lombardi used to tell his team that he would give the playbook to the opposition. He opined that it didnt matter if the opposing team knew what he was doing and that if his team executed the play properly, it wouldnt matter. I feel the same way. Next Monday, I will round third base and start my journey towards home by filing a federal lawsuit in the Western Kentucky Federal District Court in Louisville against Judge Stephen M. George, as a judge and as an individual and Kentucky Supreme Court judge Michelle M. Keller for failure to protect my constitutional rights as a citizen and father. This action has taken me 4 months to complete. It is thorough, precise and replete, making a strong argument for these violations under Title 42, Section 1983 of the federal code. I believe this action will surpass summary judgment and allow me the opportunity to call witnesses (judges, clerks, AOC members and adversaries) to the stand to testify as to what they knew of Judge Georges antics. Those of you that had your fun by empting your chamber into my head have run out of bullet as I have an ample supply of whoop ass left in my arsenal. I will subpoena those of you that have knowledge or have been active in the intricacies of my case. I am not afraid of any of you and look forward to asking questions in which some of you may find uncomfortable. I may also have some fun along the way. When granted discovery, I am hoping that I find additional evidence that may lead me to amending my suit to include other individuals. You know who you are. With this action, a motion to disqualify Special Judge Bailey Taylor for his prejudicial remarks in various hearings and 2 pending actions being assigned to panels in the Kentucky Supreme Court, I will have filed the actions necessary to move my case to closure. Closure? How can asking the courts to scrap every order ever entered by Judge George and start all over be closure? Answer; The Factory will then settle. She will not fight me on a level playing field. If she does, she will lose. If she fights me, I will be able to introduce any and all past history as evidence of her varying abuses of the children. This will include her braggadocios comments on how she has kept the children from their father purposely and without reason as if she is proud of this accomplishment, her bathing with the children incidents and her abuse of the legal system. Either way, whether she is willing to settle the dispute with me or take it to a new Trial, I will win. If I go to Trial, I will be fighting to for sole custody. Although my close friends know me and know the truth surrounding the events in this journey, some of you do not. You have to rely on he said, she said information, conjecture and the findings in court orders entered by Judge George. I would ask that you automatically discard any comments Judge George has stated about me in any of the orders he has entered. Because he was found to be acting prejudicially against me, his orders are tainted with a biased state of mind. Therefore, anything he says does not stand. As far as the he said, she said portion of that

statement, I will emphatically state and have proven time after time that anything a known liar says should also be rejected. We already know the fish stories the Factory tells get larger with every rendition. The facts I present are supported by documentation and evidence stating the truth. My adversaries already know the truth because they twisted and distorted it to their benefit using a crooked ass judge that sold his soul and employs no integrity. Perhaps the biggest indication that I am rounding for home plate is the comments my children have made the past few weeks. Being the proud recipient of being Sams most impactful person award and statements the 2 older sons have made about where they want to be and how they feel about me speaks volumes to the positive influence I have coveted my sons in. There is no doubt that the relationship I have built with them cannot be broken. Sadly, I cannot say the same for their mother. I want them to have a positive relationship with her. Unfortunately for all of them, I do not believe this will be the case long term. The uncompromising and relentless effort to disable or damage the bond I have with my sons has backfired. Recently, I had a conversation with a friend whereas she stated that some of my blogs made it appear that I was bitter towards the Factory. Having an open mind to criticism, I listened to her comment and thanked her for her input. I then corrected this misnomer. Make no mistake; I am bitter! However, the bitterness is not directed at the Factory but at the system that had a duty to correct the actions or see through the actions and evilness of a mother. Narcissistic behavior is surely not a new discovery to Judge George. He should have defused the situation right off the bat. Had he done so, I would not be writing blogs and books describing my unfortunate experiences with the justice system. So I blame the system, not the Factory. Although I wish she would have acted differently, she cannot help being an idiot. So please dont mistake or misplace my bitterness with my sons mother as a scorned ex-husband. The fact is; I am one happy dude! I dont miss anything about my time with the Factory. I am such a better person and father as a result from what I have learned from this experience. She was the best 125 pounds I ever lost with one signature. Soon I will celebrate victory when I am granted equal time and rearing of my sons. In closing, I ask that my supporters continue to cheer me on and pray for success as I round for home in hopes of completing my journey to be equally involved in my sons lives. I ask that my nemesiss continue to inspire and motivate me by pissing me offSee you in court!
