Brief: Implementation of Electronic Procurement System (EPS) will increase the

transparency and reduce the procurement time cycle thus resulting in improved
purchase efficiency. It will also reduce the cost of material as well as cost of
purchase due to savings in logistics and transaction cost. The project is to be
implemented in secured Data Center at CRIS with connectivity to the railways.

2 Placement Concerning Website

Brief: The project was to build a website which provides the facility to the
students to gather the guidance and information about placement like
interview questions, sample questions, company details etc.

3 Online Examination Result Declaration

Brief: In this project a website was specially designed to quicken and

facilitate the
result declaration process of internal examinations conducted by Banasthali
University. This site is particularly beneficial for students because it allows
them
to check their results easily from their rooms/homes and also for faculty,
which
can declare results early due to reduction in paper work.

4 Hospital Management

Platform & Skills: VB, MS Access

Duration: 2months
Organization: Banasthali University

Brief: The project was to make a standalone application to record the data
of day-to-day activities of a hospital. Patient information, concerning doctor,
prescription and also staff information, details of hospital’s resources are a
few examples of the data, which are stored saved by the application. The
application was thus meant to give the management a proper picture of the
hospital operations and plan accordingly.

Seminar

Topic: Presented a Seminar on “A Network Monitoring Tool: Ethereal”

Brief: In this seminar, I explained how data packets are transmitted on a network
on the basis of IP addresses and data is transferred from the source to the
destination.
