The warrant \VBS a result of a filed complaint of physical abuse against Carlos Alberto Martinez by stated she was the victim in a domestic abuse situation. She added she was involved in a sexual relationship with a 50+ year old man (Martinez) slnce she was 14 year;; old. She stated Martinez had developed and led her into a relationship :from about the time she was in the 5t1 grade.
