Found Drive very dusty condition. Cold check was done and found R phase IGBT was faulty.

1) Removed GPC,CBV card 2) Found No leakage from capacitor. Found Burn mark on the GPC and CBV card. Replaced items are , a)GPC - A5E03511092 (302229) b) CBV - A5E00677646 (302140) c) IGBT - GWE000000597138 (204469)

Totally 3 Items are consummed. Trial was taken without load.
