AIRPORT PICK-UP If a request for an Airport transfer service had been made, the EC driver will be waiting, holding an EC sign and student's name on it at: The baggage claim area for arrivals via a DOMESTIC flight; OR Outside the Immigration & Customs area for arrivals via an INTERNATIONAL flight If students do not see the transportation representative immediately, they should wait at least 15 minutes before leaving the designated meeting point to call the transfer company emergency number +1 800 609 1402. Even if the representative does not answer, please leave a message confirming your location and the EC driver will find you within a few minutes. Please make sure to contact the EC Boston if there is any problem or the flight is missed, delayed or cancelled.

IF YOU DID NOT REQUEST AN AIRPORT PICK-UP, YOU HAVE SEVERAL WAY TO GET TO YOUR RESIDENCE Getting From Boston Logan Airport via Public Transportation: Type of Transportation: Taxi: on average $35-60 to get to the shared apartments. The subway and bus routes serving Boston Logan International Airport are operated by the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (better known as the MBTA or the "T") which include: 1. MBTA Silver Line: Please follow the signs directing you to the proper boarding location for the Silver Line. The Silver Line's route SL1 (Logan Airport - South Station via Waterfront) bus rapid transit service available at Boston Logan, is the best direct connection to and from South Station (RED Line subway and South Shore / Metro West commuter rail services) MBTA Subway & Bus: Board free Massport SHUTTLE buses to connect to the Blue Line (Airport Station).The Blue Line is the best connection to and from the MBTA Green Lines at Government Center Station. In case of transfer to a Red or Orange Line, please get off at Park Street Station from the Government Center Station.

ARRIVAL PROCEDURES FOR STUDENTS The following procedure has to be followed to ensure students can be checked into the apartments If an airport transfer is not booked, students should call the Emergency number to give us the updated arrival time. Please advise the staff on the means of travel, that is taxi or public transportation. On arrival at the apartments there will be someone to assists students to check in. Please let EC know your arrival/flight information as soon as possible to enable us to plan for your check-in into the apartments

JOURNEY TO SCHOOL North End Apartments are located just a brisk 15-minute walk from EC Boston. Directions to EC Boston: Turn right out of apartment and walk down Endicott Street Turn left onto Cross Street Turn right onto John F Fitzgerald Surface Road Walk across the street toward Quincy Market on South Market Street Walk through Faneuil Hall on South Market Street and EC Boston is on the right side above the Abercrombie and Fitch Store.

ACCOMMODATION ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE DAY Arrival Day: Saturday 11am 8pm. Departure day: Saturday Check-out by 11:00 Our check in time is between 11 AM and 8 PM on Saturdays, if you are arriving outside of these hours it is necessary to book a transfer service to receive your keys.

NOTES Mixed gender apartments available. This accommodation is available to students over 27 years A $150 security refundable deposit, payable by credit card, is required upon arrival. Should no damage to property be encountered upon inspection, students will be refunded from 4-6 weeks following departure. (detailed check out procedure will be given on the last Wednesday of your stay)
