Notes on Usage Adjectives can be used in a number of ways. Primarily they follow the noun they describe, matching it in case, number and gender, for example : viros mros ml biv bens senis big man living animals of the old woman

Altenatively, an adjective may be attatched to the beginning on the noun it describes, usually for emphasis : senoviros mrodvos ovancobena old man great god young woman

An adjective can also stand as a noun in its own right : os mr marvos free man (singular masculine) great woman (singular feminine) or great things (plural neuter) dead man, corpse (singular masculine)
