Five-step engagement process
Initial Meeting Discuss clients needs and how NEA can add value. Due Diligence Review client nancials and other key information. Post-Engagement Retainer NEA will remain on retainer for the client for a period following the engagement to address any follow-up needs.

NDA & Engagement Client and NEA sign engagement and all information is agreed to be condential.

Recommendations Create and implement action items tailored to clients needs.

Biographies
Alan Xie Managing Director

Alan Xie currently serves as an investment banking summer analyst at Ewing Bemiss & Co. He is a rising sophomore at Harvard University concentrating in Economics. Prior to entering nance, Alan served two terms as an elected member of the Montgomery County Board of Education, where he managed a $2.2 billion operating budget and $1.4 billion Capital Improvements Program in a school system with 22,000 employees and 150,000 students.
