Carls behavior they are unethical, wrong, and improper actions, and aimed to take advantage of Kilborn without his knowledge or consent which considers as manipulating Kilborn. And Carls behaviors is represent unprofessional employee whose is lack in his moral principles, kilborn or any organization managers will consider Carls as unfavorable employee because of his imperfection and limit of confidentiality and many important parts of corporate

codes of conduct that include: (1) Integrity. (2) Performance duties. (3) Compliance with the rule of law. On the other hand Carls did actions that in all corporate uniformly prohibit the misappropriation of corporate information when Carls gave Brindon some data that reveal bids which kilborn made on several jobs, and Carls will copy Kilborns accounting files and records and this will be violation of law 2. Is Bill correct in supposing that there are ethical and/ or legal problems involved with the hiring of Carl? What would you do if you were Bill? Explain Yes, bill is correct about supposing that there will be ethical/ legal problems related to Failure to maintain standards of confidentiality and other corporate codes of ethics such as copy Kilbons accounting files and records or telling data that reveal bids that kilborn made, can lead to lawsuits. Additionally, willfully exposing kilborns costing system or records to those not affiliated with the company can also be grounds for employee dismissal or civil procedures this will be from kilborns company side, but if we start talking about hiring Carl in Thomas Electronics Company he will not be in a position of trust because of his immoral behaviors. And what make Carl tell his company information is that he didnt feel appreciated by Kilborn and want to make change. So, after a period of time of hiring Carl in Bill Company what will

If I was in bill position I would never hire Carl for his behaviors and according to Bill corporate codes of ethics should not hire a person with this history.
