As noted in Plaintiffs Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Brief (Dkt. No. 253), Defendant Tulsa Court Clerk has no objection to Plaintiffs filing a supplemental brief addressing the effect of United States v. Windsor, __ U.S. __, 133 S. Ct. 2675, __ L.Ed.2d __ (2013), on the motions currently pending before this Court, provided that it be granted an opportunity to file its own supplemental brief in opposition on the merits of Plaintiffs supplemental brief. Defendant Sally Howe-Smith, in her official capacity as Court Clerk of Tulsa County, therefore, by her attorneys, respectfully requests that she be permitted by this Court to file a supplemental brief, pursuant to LCvR 7.2(e), on or before 21 days after this Court grants Plaintiffs motion (Dkt.
