EDADY CUSTOMER GUARANTEE eDady guarantees the quality of any product which carries the eDady name and certifies that the products manufactured for under the companys management meet high standards of quality and have been through multiple quality assurance certifications. However, if for any reason, a retail customer experience a product with manufacturing fault, eDady will be willing to replace the product with a same product or a product of equal or lesser value chosen by the customer. eDady meanwhile will not be responsible for damages received to the product caused during shipping and by the courier and should a customer choose to accept such a shipment, eDady will not be liable to provide the customer any exchange. 6. Upon termination of membership or access to the Site, or upon demand by EDady, you must destroy all material, eDady will not be responsible in any case to compensate the ex-member for his earnings or web property or any sort of data related to eDady. eDady can also permanently block the accounts and related earnings for ambassadors and leaders regardless of their seniority should they both be found involved in the act of Cross Lining. Cross Lining is an act where a new ambassador who may not be content with his current leader because of lack of support of any other reason from a previous working relationship asks another leader to sign him up under him. In such a scenario, the leader to whom the request is being made can assure the ambassador of any form of support but cannot sign him up under him. If the leader is found to have done something of such nature; both his account along with the account of the newly signed up ambassador will be blocked permanently and their fate will be at the sole discretion of eDadys management. eDady also has the right to block the account of ambassador who accuse their leaders or any other eDady member of an unreasonable act they may not have committed. A complain will be filed in such instance and if the result of the investigation proves against the complain of the accusing ambassador, his account will be blocked for 15 working days and all the subsequent earnings during this time from the account will be donated as charity. You are advised that we will aggressively enforce our rights to the fullest extent of the law. 14. Ability to Accept Agreement

You affirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
