Coffee Break Panel Discussion: What approaches have worked to attain universality of coverage? (Plenary Hall: S29-32) The panel discussion will address the challenges and opportunities for change and sustainable progress towards UHC. How can we now move from rhetoric to reality and translate the concept of UHC and its growing political acceptance into concrete actions?
