The objective is to facilitate the conclusion of a comprehensive peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians. This agreement was signed by Khairat el Shater (number 2 of the Brotherhood) by Morsi and the Supreme Guide FM. A sum of U.S. $ 8 billion was paid in exchange for FM. The document was seized by the army following the deposition of Morsi. This is the army that has leaked the news. An investigation is ongoing Morsi and El Shater. An arrest warrant was filed against the Guide to FM and other members of his office. FM The signatories of the agreement are liable to the death penalty for treason. The Obama administration attempt to reach an agreement with el Sissi (chairman of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces): recognition of the legitimacy of the "coup" in exchange for his silence about the secret agreement. But el Sissi would be more interested in the conviction of FM and discredit their organization which is Egypt's main source of danger. The Republican members of Congress are seriously looking into the case. If proven, the process of Obama impeachment could be triggered.

Rsum: Accord SECRET conclu entre l'administration Obama et les Frres musulmans (pas le gouvernement gyptien) de cder 40% du Sina et l'annexion de cette portion du territoire gyptien Gaza. L'objectif tant de faciliter la conclusion d'un accord de paix global entre Isral et les palestiniens. Cet accord aurait t sign par Khayrat el Shater (numro 2 de la Confrrie), par Morsi et par le Guide suprme des FM. Une somme de 8 milliards de $ US aurait t verse aux FM en change. Le document aurait t saisi par l'arme suite la dposition de Morsi. C'est l'arme qui a laiss filtrer la nouvelle. Une enqute est en cours sur Morsi, et el Shater. Un mandat d 'arrt a t dpos contre le Guide des FM et d'autres membres de son bureau. Les signataires FM de l'accord s'exposent la condamnation mort pour haute trahison. L'administration Obama tenterait de conclure un accord avec el Sissi (prsident du Conseil suprme des forces armes) : la reconnaissance de la lgitimit du coup d'tat en change de son silence sur l'accord secret.
