Eligibility Conditions: Upper Age: 30 years for candidates applying for MT HR in Navratna and Maharatna PSUs

Minimum Qualification: Most of the Maharatnas and Navratnas have their minimum qualification as Bachelors degree in any discipline with 60% marks with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks in Human Resources/Personnel Mgmt. &Industrial Relations/Personnel Mgmt./Masters in Human Resources & Organizational Development for HR discipline, Operations Relaxations: Qualifications: The SC/ST/PH and Departmental Candidates having Bachelors degree with 50% marks and MBA/PG Diploma in Management in the relevant discipline with 50% shall be eligible to apply against HR and Industrial Relations discipline. Age: The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST and by 3 years for OBC candidates and by 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates. Syllabus details: The written test has five segments; Domain knowledge test 100 marks Aptitude test viz. Quantitative aptitude, Verbal ability, Reasoning and General awareness of 25 marks each or depending upon the advertisement. To be eligible for GD and Interview call, a candidate will have to qualify in each segment for the respective discipline by scoring minimum 50 percentile marks. Emoluments: The CTC for every PSUs in general varies from Rs. 5 to 9 lakhs p.a depending on its status as Maharatna, Navratna or a Miniratna enterprise. In addition, Company provides benefits like Leave encashment, housing/HRA and free medical facility for self and dependents as per rules in trend.
