Working in NEELAM POWER PLANT, UTTAM GALVA STEELS LTD, 2*30 MW, Khopoli, Raighad (DT), Maharashtra as Asst Manager Control & Instrumentation from June 2011 to July 2012. Working in Bhadhrasree Steel and Power pvt ltd, 2*100 TPD, Koppal, Karnataka as Electrical and Instrumentation Manager for Erecting, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance from March 2010 to April 2012. Working in BS Sponge pvt ltd, 3*100 TPD, Raigarh, Chhattisgarh as Electrical and Instrumentation Manager for Operation and Maintenance from May 2007 to March 2010. Job Description:
Overall responsible for all Instrumentation activities Operation, Maintenance in Power plant (Boiler, Turbine, DM Plant etc,) and Blast furnace (pig iron plant)(HBS, BLOWER,GCS,PCI, etc,). Maintaining the IMS activities i.e.SOP, SMP, calibration procedure & report, Generation of checklists & maintenance as per checklist, history, and Spare parts management. Preparation of Instrumentation specification and plc system based on P & I Diagrams, PFD, Loop Diagrams and SAMA Diagrams. Implementation, Commissioning and preventive / predictive maintenance of all field instruments, indent and follow-up of spares, Making Commercial and Technical comparison of all types of Field Instruments, communication with vendors and suppliers. Performed Root cause analysis of defects while developing and improving the process by taking corrective action to prevent any reoccurrence and defective issues. To keep all equipments in Healthy condition by applying MTTR and MTBF.Developing and improving plant machines by performing automation projects in order to minimize breakdown of machines. Had good command on close loop control system (CLCS), open loop control system (OLCS), PID Controllers, sequence control logic diagram, protection & interlocks logic diagram, panel inter connection diagram etc. Have knowledge on Hazard identification & Risk Assessment, EHS system. Experience in Erecting, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance and Good command on control wiring and Relay testing of switch gear Electrical items in MCC, PCC, and APFC Panels using ACB, VCB, and MCCB etc with performing of FAT, SAT. .
