Successfully launched a real mass brand Garnier. Implemented a mass market distribution model in the North region after extensive research on various distribution models. Redesigned and implemented a new distribution model, integrated local key customers and distributor partners into one unit. Reformed sales territories for ease of measurement, and optimize driving time allowing J&J managers to focus on field sales coaching. Initiated and developed Modern Trade strategic direction, implemented Customer Business Plan based on Customer Segmentation. Blended consumers/shoppers insights and embed key customers into a continuous business planning process. Maximized sales potential of new products launch, focused on Speed-to-market, NPI Tracking.
