TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR: Maths Ace 1 Blackberry Facebook Competition Maths Ace is a division of Fernwood Business College

e (Pty) Ltd Co. Reg. No. 2006/033114/07. Competition Rules, Terms and Conditions To enter this competition you must be: 1. (a) A registered, current Maths Ace customer who has not defaulted on any payment due to Maths Ace over the term of the contract. 10 years or older at the time of entry.

The purpose of this competition is to get all the Maths Ace customers to LIKE the Maths Ace page. Once a customer has LIKED the page Maths Ace can communicate with the students by sharing important wall posts e.g. homework solutions, study tips, motivation quotes etc. The Maths Ace customer must visit https://www.facebook.com/pages/MathsAce/272559402863827 and LIKE the Maths Ace page. This will allow the Maths Ace customers entry into the competition. A comment on the Wall only, without LIKING the page will not qualify as an entry into the competition. All Maths Ace customers that LIKED the page from date of launch (11 July 2013) will automatically be entered into the competition. This competition is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Fernwood Business College (Pty) Ltd, or any subsidiary of the Real People Group. Only one entry per person will be registered per LIKE. An e-mail will not qualify as an entry into the competition.. Responsibility will not be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason. The random winner will be drawn in the presence of an internal auditor who will be appointed to verify the results. The closing date is as specified, 22 August 2013. Maths Ace reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. The winner of the competition will be notified by e-mail or telephonically. The judges decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into with any participant. The name of the winner will be published on the Facebook page of Maths Ace. By entering this competition you consent to the publication of your name and image as required for marketing purposes by Maths Ace, but may withdraw such consent if you so choose. By entering the competition the winner agrees, unless indicated otherwise by the winner, to participate in such promotional activity and material as Maths Ace may require.

The panel for this competition will comprise of members of the marketing team and management of the relevant department of Maths Ace. The prize will not be transferable to another person. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Maths Ace reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Maths Ace will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery Maths Ace and entrants to this competition release Facebook from this competition and Facebook are in no way associated with this competition and in no way sponsors, endorses, or administers this competition. The entrants to this competition hereby acknowledge that all personal information that they might or are required to release to enter this competition; will be released to Maths Ace and not to Facebook.
