DE-ICING
Factory tted de-icing comprises reector heating panels, temperature sensor and control box which uses a thermostat to operate the system. Feed and subreector de-icing This option can only be used on cassegrain antennas tted with de-icing and incorporates a fan and heating element to blow warm air onto the feed window to inhibit water or ice from degrading the signal. This option also includes sub reector heating.

Retrottable de-icing This heating system can be tted on site to existing antennas without affecting operation. Fitting is carried out by experienced Precision Antennas personnel. The sales department will be happy to discuss and assist with your requirements and advise on pricing as this is calculated on a site by site basis. De-icing Alarm Module This module locates inside the control box and monitors the operation of the heating panels, main electrical supply and temperature sensor. All three can be monitored remotely using a relay contact or locally by visual LED indicators. The heating panels produce a summary alarm but faults on individual panels or groups of panels, can be recognised using LEDs inside the control box.

Non Penetrating Mount A range of three non penetrating mounts are available for a range of antenna sizes and mounting options. This type of mounting is quick to install and less expensive than a concrete plinth or a steel structure and is an ideal solution for temporary installation. These mounts are constructed from galvanised steel angles and protim treated timber. The table below lists the antenna and mount combinations that can be used with each non penetrating mount. FEED OPTIONS
Feed output adaptors There are three standard output adaptors for prime focus Ku band receive only antennas. A wide range of adaptors and OMTs are available for other frequency bands and Tx/Rx antennas. Our sales team will be happy to assist you with selecting the correct product to suit your applications. Dual Feeds These feed systems are used to receive from two Ku band satellites simultaneously but in order to determine if our standard product is suitable for your application we assess each enquiry individually. MOTORISATION
Polar Mounts Motorisation kits are available for use with our range of polar mounts and include an RC1000 single axis controller and actuator. Motorised azimuth and elevation mounts Standard two axis motorised mounts use a RC2000A controller and jacks for both azimuth and elevation. The controller can store 50 satellite positions and monitor the antenna alignment with pulse counting feedback. Where applications require motorised polarisation, a RC2000C three axis controller is used in conjunction with the motorised polarisation kit. Motorised Polarisation This option is only available with motorised elevation and azimuth mounts. The feed and OMT are rotated +/-110 degrees remotely using the RC2000C controller. Available for all cassegrain Tx/Rx and RO antennas and the larger diameter prime focus Ku band RO antennas.

OTHER ANTENNAS
L Band, X Band, S Band, Dual Band Antennas and feeds from 1.5 to 4.5 metre for L, X, S and dual C & Ku applications with xed and motorised mounting options. High Windspeed Survival Antennas and mounts for up to 230mph windspeed survival. Trailer Mounted For receive only to fully motorised Tx/Rx tracking applications. Multisectional antennas All standard antennas are supplied in one section, with the exception of the 4.5 metre for shipping purposes, but they are also available in multisections to suit customer requirements. Special paint nish A special antenna paint option is available for installations in areas of extreme or corrosive conditions such as marine or industrial environments. Antennas can also be painted in colours other than the standard light grey.
