Job Description:

Managing end to end HR activities. Handling HR operations & managing employee relations across entire employee life cycle Maintaining relationship with the internal as well as the external vendors. Taking initiatives for developing policies & procedures that are required for building a progressive and vibrant work culture Handling joining formalities & induction of new joinees. Handling employee grievances & resolving attitudinal, behavioral or disciplinary, ethical issues with respect to employees Proactively Analyze issues/trends (such as attrition, disengagement, etc), recommend strategies and take up end to end ownership to implement the desired change/outcome Handle performance management & appraisal process Work towards improving employee satisfaction scores and metrics for the teams Counsel employees on performance issues when required Be accountable for full compliance with all employee relations requirements, in such areas as terminations, offers, performance management processes etc Conduct exit interviews & exit formalities Organizing employee engagement activities like fun @ work, team bonding games, events etc. Resolving employee queries
