(collectively,theDocuments), and complete any blanks in any Document, make any amendments or additions to any Document, which in the opinion of the Attorney, ought to be made, to do all such acts and things as may be necessary to complete the execution and delivery of the Documents and to carry the provisions, spirit and intent of the Documents into full force and effect. The Donor HEREBY AGREES, if so requested by the Attorney, to confirm and ratify any and all actions taken by the Attorney hereunder and to indemnify the Attorney for and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses which may be sustained or incurred by the Attorney in acting as the Attorney hereunder.
