Triad Work
Three groups to do a world caf on these questions: 1. What are the ways in which we can use data in our work? 2. What happens when the data is insufficient or inaccurate? 3. How can we ensure that the data is better and more accurate? Groups of Visioncare, Surgicals, Finance others get together to show how they use data in their MIS Each person reflects on what is the data that he/she needs to do his/her job better and gets inputs from others in the triad Description Groups try and put together a jigsaw to realize that data like each piece of the data fits into a larger picture, and if one is missing it would Ask participants to work in groups about the last time they failed to analyse data even when the data was missing. Each group then presents it to the larger group.
