Interventions and Supports System currently in operation and to evaluate weaknesses in order to provide future recommendations. Speaking with the districts Business Manager allowed for further understanding of the budgeting process and the necessary communication between all stakeholder groups. Balancing district demands and government restrictions force business managers to understand the districts vision and focus on moral/ethical practices. By carefully writing 10 interview questions I was able to reflect upon the importance of using the appropriate questions to seek out a good match for your school. Analysis of each question by including a rationale for each and an additional question to dig deeper allows administrators to fully assess a candidates ability to fit into the current organization.
