Overall Purpose of the Job:

This role is the prime interface between all Expro Business units, Expro Customers,remote locations and key logistics Government Service Providers (GSP) globally. As such is responsible for the effective creation, management and development of the commercial relationships and any compliance risks inherent with this psotion/role. The key factors within supplier performance are Compliance with applicable local/international laws, Standard Operating Procedure compliance, acceptable service quality and total cost management.

Principal Accountabilities:

Preparation of shipping documentation (packing lists, commercial invoices, NAFTA certificates, etc.) for international export 2. 2 cargoes.

Assist in the customs clearance process for import shipments. Maintain shipping logs and files.

Work directly with business units to ensure all orders are shipped in an expeditious and cost-effective manner and are in accordance with contractual terms and conditions. Coordinate the review of products in order to determine the correct transportation requirements, including packaging, labelling, 6. and documentation to ensure that shipments are consistent with contractual requirements, external regulations, and internal shipping procedures. Develop, nurture, and maintain high quality relationships with internal and external customers, freight forwarders, and other 7. service providers. Generate purchase requisitions for freight related invoices. Audit freight invoices. 8. 9. Train and mentor Logistics Coordinator Trainees.

Job Context and Main Activities:

The job holder is responsible for implementing and managing a Global Logistics strategy within the region. These include but are not limited to GSP selection, due diligence & post approval management of all Logistics providers, for identified trade shipping lanes. All done in terms of process & personnel capability, compliance with local and international laws (as appropriate) and contractual agreements.

Job Knowledge and Experience:

Previous Freight Forwarding Experience FCPA experience/working knowledge (Benefit) Working knowledge of INCO Terms. Able to properly classify both import and export cargoes per the Harmonized Tariff and Schedule B. Wide International Shipping Experience preferably with in-country experience nd 2 languages would be beneficial (Spanish, Portuguese, and French to cover SWA & L.A.) Strong computer skills - Microsoft Word, Excel, e-mail, internet, etc. Dangerous Goods Certification (Benefit) SAP Knowledge (Benefit) Superior verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well with co-workers, vendors, and customers. Emphasis on customer satisfaction. Well-developed sense for assessment, problem-solving, and logistical decision-making. Committed to plan, organize, and execute projects in a timely and cost-effective manner. Qualified experience to work in fast paced environment with the ability to coordinate multi-tasks and work calmly and d confidently with frequent interruptions and pressure. Ability to manage time effectively to achieve goals while handling unexpected setbacks, obstacles, and time constraints. Flexible and adaptable to changing demands and aggressive deadlines. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to properly maintain files and historical data
