FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. What is my eligibility for traveling as per company policy? If I travel by any other mode, would the company be still reimbursing?

You will have to make your own arrangements for travel to Mumbai. You will be reimbursed II AC Train fare or equivalent by any other mode of travel and expenditure incurred on account of this can be claimed by you after reporting on production of original bills.

For your travel from Mumbai to your circle of posting, we will make the travel arrangements from our end. The local conveyance from the hotel to the airport while going for CFT has to be done on your own which would be reimbursed (with an upper
limit of Rs. 250).

2. Where will I be posted?

CFT Posting: The CFT posting will be shared during your Induction and no preference shall be considered for the same.

3. Will I be provided accommodation at my place of joining?

Yes, you will be provided company accommodation in Mumbai for duration of the induction program. You would be proceeding to circle for the training after that where you will accommodation for initial 10 days would be provided to you.

4. Can my parents / relatives/ friends come and stay with me during induction program?

The company will be providing accommodation to the MTs only. Parents / relatives can accompany, however, they will need to find an accommodation on their own.

5. Will I be provided accommodation in the Circle during my induction program?

You will be provided accommodation in circle as per company policy, which would not be more than 10 days. After which, you will be required to find accommodation on your own. Circle HR / Admin representatives with their local contacts will help you in finding a suitable accommodation.

6. Will there be any evaluation happening during the training program? If yes, when?

Performance and progress reviews will be done after functional training. On completion of your training, you will present your observations and learning to the Executive Committee members based on which your evaluation will be done. Inputs from Circles where you have done training will also be taken for the final evaluation.

7. Where will I be posted?

Final Posting: Based on Companys requirement at that point in time, you may be placed in any of our circles. It will be shared towards the end of your CFT.

8. What will be the approach used during my training? Will it be project based or on-the-job? Will my projects be defined in advance? Will there be any targets given? Will there be any evaluations or reviews at local level?

You may be given specific projects in advance or your projects may get defined when you report there. There may be live projects running which you can be made part of. Evaluations will keep happening at regular intervals.
