Brunch to be held at The Beverly Hills Country Club
on Sunday, June 14th 2009 at Noon. Cost is $50.00

¾ Pennies for Patients- The Kindergarten class is
collecting money to help the Leukemia and Lymphoma
Society. Help us reach our goal by donating any spare
change! Every penny helps! Drop off any donations in the

¾St. Timothy School International Heritage Day -
Tuesday, May 5th through Thursday May 7th, students
experienced St. Timothy School's International Heritage
Day. There were over 80 countries represented between
Pre-K through 8th grade. The Parish Hall was transformed
into a symphony of countries, filled with traditional items
and artifacts. The countries showcased were further brought
to life by the students' performances, which included tea
ceremonies, folkloric dancers in traditional costumes,
instrumental music, and traditional songs. Display tables and
the variety of foods added to the experience. Students were
able to gain knowledge of each country by traveling through
our "Passport Around the World" activity. Heritage Day is
an opportunity for a St. Timothy student to become a
globally and culturally aware citizen who is knowledgeable
of and appreciates other cultures. We would like to thank
all the parents for their hard work and dedication to making
another International Heritage Day a success!

St. Timothy School Improvement Fund.
St. Timothy School is in the process of
raising money for the School Improvement
Fund. Our planned improvements include
renovations for a new portico, new alley fence to match
the fence along Pico Blvd., new lunch tables and sports
equipment storage room. To donate, please fill out the
School Improvement Fund envelopes found in the pews
or contact the school for more information.
