During my years in the hospitality industry, I have managed large food, liquor, and restaurant supply inventories and negotiated contracts with vendors. Strong motivational skills have enabled me to maintain a productive staff committed to quality service and unlike other restaurant managers, I had the opportunity of entering into the food industry, starting from the ground floor and building my career with a nice career progression (waiter to shift supervisor to restaurant manager) hands-on experience.
