Metal cored welding wire for single and multipass welding providing a ductile weld metal with < 1 % Ni for good CVN toughness down to -5 0 C . Developed for applications involving thick plates, high restraint and/or low-temperature toughness requirements ,a si n o ffshore construction and heavy machinery fabrication. HD 5 ml/100 g. Primarily used for m u l t i l a y e rb u t ta n df i l l e tw e l d si nt h e downhand and horizonta l / v e r t i c a l positions. All-position rutile flux cored wire f o r 100 % CO2 and Ar/CO2 gas. This wire offers complete welder appeal welders like. I to p e r a t e si n t h e spray arc transfer without any spatter formation, provides an easy slag removal, smooth beads with good side plate wetting, can be welded in any position with the same parameters ( 1,2 mm/230 A) and is very easy t o operate. B hler A7 CN-IG (TIG) and the MIG wires A7-IG/A7 CN-IG are very popul a rs tainless steel wires for numerous applications. The weld deposit offers exceptionally high ductility and elongation together with crack resistance. There is no fear of embrittlement when operating between - 110 C and + 850 C and can be PWHT without any problems. The deposit will work harden and offers good resistance against cavitation. Ductility is good even after high dilusion when welding problem steels or when subjected to thermal shock or scaling. An excellent alloy providing cost effective performance. TIG rod and MIG welding wire of type 308 Mo (mod). Designed for dissimilar joints and weld cladding. It offers a lower Cr and ferrite content than a 309 Mo L weld deposit with the result that carbon diffusion and Cr-carbide formation is reduced after PWHT and lower ferrite contents can be met in the second layer of 316 L weld claddings.
