All new clan leader's will undergo a 90 day probationary period in which eith er the head clan leader or the new clan leader may terminate the relationship wh ether it be by choice of the clan leader for whatever personal reasons or by the Head Clan Leader due to conflicts with other clan leaders and no resolution to the conflict can be found. 4. All clan discussions MUST be kept confidential. 5. Clan leaders must login to Toontown Nation on a regular basis, preferably at least once daily with no more than 48 hours of absence from Toontown Nation exce pt when on vacation or an emergency. 6. Any clan related Private Messages regarding Balloon Brigade must be responded to within 24 hours. Please forward ALL extremely important or concerning Privat e Messages to katryna. 7. Clan leaders should attend Balloon Brigade events. Clan leaders must attend a minimum of one (1) regular weekly event and at least one (1) special event per month. In the event of unexpected circumstances you are unable to attend a sched uled event please Private Message [URL="http://www.toontownnation.com/forums/pri vate.php?do=newpm&u=821"]katryna/URL] with 24 hour notice. Emergencies are exemp t from the 24 hour notice. There must be a Private Message on file that a clan l eader contacted katryna about their absence. Clan leaders may not use excessive emergencies as to why they did not show up to a scheduled event. 8. Share in the planning, promoting and hosting of Balloon Brigade events. Clan leaders should also watch threads pertaining to Balloon Brigade. 9. No event is to start before the scheduled time. Clan leaders attending an eve nt should be the one to help members get groups. 10. Clan leaders must be courteous to all toons. You never know if you re with an adult or child. 11. All threads are to stay in the forum for at least one week until archived.[/ COLOR] [color="#1bc2ff"][U][SIZE="4"]Balloon Brigade Special Events[/SIZE][/U] 1. Special Event Threads should be prepared and completed one (1) week before th e event. Larger "special event" threads should begin being prepared at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. 2. All Special Event ideas should be discussed as a whole clan leader team. 3.
