This department supports the Financial information (SAP and related) systems and interfaces for our organization. Key business processes include Financial Accounting and Reporting, Royalty Management and Accounting, Procure to Pay, and Cash Management. SAP is the core technology deployed utilizing ECC 6.0, PI, and BW. The technology platform is tightly integrated to numerous critical systems for Sales, Contracts, Master Data and various other Legacy Systems. Responsibilities:

This role will be responsible for the operational support and technology enablement for the FI/CO/PS processes (Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Project Systems functions. The incumbent will ensure effective and efficient support and system evolution of the integrated Financial systems (SAP ECC and 40 related interfaces). The incumbent will collaborate with internal and external staff to understand/solve business requirements and drive appropriate design, development, testing, implementation and support. * Work on enhancements to SAP: Engage with business and IT teams, learn and document requirements, design functional solution in consultation with development team, write functional specifications, test plans, perform configuration, unit and integration testing, assist with UAT, deploy to Production with appropriate change control. Support users for their day to day activities. * Coordinate integration between SAP and respective source/Client systems and teams, table/field level details, interface parameters, run test files, prepare for production cutover, job scheduling. * Establish and maintain the overall portfolio of day-to-day enhancement/break-fix remediation change requests with the appropriate COE team leader (matrix organization will require interaction with multiple delivery leads) * Advocate process design improvements in respective process community.
