b) Digital and Physical Report Report guidelines

1) The formatting guidelines are attached. Pl strictly follow the guidelines. 2) The chapterisation scheme should at least include following chapters : Title page, Executive Summary, Preface, Acknowledgement, Table Of Contents, Industry Overview, Firm Overview, Research Methodology, Tasks allotted, Results achieved, Achievements/Failures, Experiential Learning, Bibliography, Annexure

Weightage of the Digital report : 15 marks Weighatge of the Final physical copy of the report : 20 marks

c) PPT /Viva guidelines : Weightage of the VIVA Weightage of the PPT : : 10 marks 30 Marks

Each Viva would be around 10 minutes and focus on the tasks conducted and results achieved along with focusing on experiential learning Students are requested to use numbers and present detailed data in the ppt. It is mandatory to mention sources wherever the data is borrowed. 1) Formal attire is mandatory. Students who do not come in formal attire may be disallowed from the viva and the powerpoint presentation 2) The PowerPoint presentation header should not carry the company LOGO. 3) Students are requested to appear enthusiastic , confident , passionate and motivated in their verbal communication during the ppt. 4) Presentation rehearsals with faculty guide are advisable 5) Each presentation will be of 15 minutes , followed by a five minute question and answer round 6) Jazzy or Gaudy layouts and too much animations should be avoided - Spell errors in the slides will be eligible for negative marks 7) the end review ppt needs to be exhaustive, detailed, in depth, and logical -- the PPT should cover the whole SIP experience of two months 8) the end review ppt should atleast include - Introduction title slide, agenda , Industry Overview, Firm overview, Scope of the Study/task, Research
