the City of Oakland has been leasing the real located at the southeast corner of Park and property Monterey Boulevards from the State of California for the benefit and use of Montclair Golf Course since September 1964 and

WHEREAS

WHEREAS the Office of Parks and Recreation has reviewed concurred in a Lease Renewal of the property for use as part of the Montclair Golf Course commencing October 1 1984 at a rental of 110 per month or 1 320 per year

does

ordain

as

follows

SECTION 1 A Lease Renewal for the real property in Exhibit A from the State of California for two years commencing October 1 1984 at a rental of 1 320 per year is hereby authorized and approved
